A nice big hotel, with relatively modest public bath.

Mattress was not the best, pillows were impossibly hard.

The hotel is very close to the Shiretoko Station and next to the Shiretoko Bus Terminal. So very convenient to visit some cities around Shari.The room was super clean, really confortable, very beautiful and modern. On the ground floor, a washing machine and a dryer are available. They are located in the changing room of the onsen. The onsen is free for the guests. There is also free coffee available for the guests until 10am.

Because of the location near the Bus Terminal, you can hear the calling from the bus.

Great hotel next to bus and train station.Comfortable rooms. A bit on the small side but typical for Japan.

Small carpark. Ended up in the reserve carpark 200m away on the second night. May be difficult in the winter. Virtually no restaurants nearby at night.

Reasonable size room, complete with amenities. There is a convenience store right across the hotel and there are also good restaurants nearby. Location allows for an easy drive along the coast up to Shiretoko waterfalls and Nature Park.

The mattress could be more comfortable.

Stayed in this hotel end of July 2024. Good location ..just right Infront of JR station and next to Shari bus station, which provided services to Utoro, five lakes , etc.This is my priority stay in Shari for the Neputa parade. Facilities is good , there is a footbath in front of hotel, good place to relax with some refreshments. Will stay here again next time in winter.

Air conditioning is not cold enough during summer

Friendly staff who are always smiling and helped us out with a reservation for a restaurant the next day. Hot spring facilities is great.

Excellent location, next to the train station and the bus station. They have onsen at the hotel, which is great. Very good breakfast served in the morning, with a variety of westerner and asian food.

Hot spring. Breakfast is good for just 1100 yen.

I don’t know why they set the lowest floor and so we can’t enjoy scenery from the room at all.
